Interesting shift in the single family home sales: 30% of sales were $500,000 to $600,000 and 28% of sales were above $600,000.

Housing Stats for December 2020

Sales activity slowed over the past few months and inventory stays low. Detached home prices stayed basically the same compared to last year but Townhouses and Apartments went down 11.2% and 16.7% respectively.
