"Both sales to new listings ratio and the months of supply point to some of the tightest market conditions seen since before the energy price drop in 2014. Tighter conditions are starting to support some improvements in prices. However, it is not enough to offset earlier pullbacks as the year-to-date average price remains 3% below lsat year's levels."
